Rome – City Of History & Magic

These pictures are taking me back to that amazing city of Rome, and all my senses are aroused as if I were there again. It was a few years ago when we visited the Italian capital. I love the Trevi Fountain and the sculptures were astoundingly beautiful and mesmerising, especially in the evening when it was lit, the sound of water, the sight of different colors and people from all over the world. It was truly magical!

I know these images will bring back wonderful memories for those of us who have had the fortune of having visited Rome, and for those who have yet to visit, they would want a piece of that magic, as soon as they can make it happen!

A truly great city and historical reminder :)

  2. John Kirk says:

Even more incredible was the way that the Roman’s brought the water that powers the fountain in from the countryside more than 25 miles away on viaducts.
