    Junying, I was expecting to see a huge Chinese cleaver in your dumpling video! Now I’m hungry! It’s so great to hear your English accent. You almost sound like a New Yorker when you say certain words.

    You and John should go on some British cooking channel. It could be cooked
    “Asian Cooking with J & J” (ok…not too original, but I’m sure you can think of something better!)

    Yes, well spotted about my accent – I do have a slight American tinge, due to my earlier influence of American teachers.
