Making Chinese Dumplings
Chinese Dumplings June 2010 from John Kirk on Vimeo.
As an Indie author, I have published three novels on Amazon Kindle: The Same Moon, Trials of Life, and Land of Hope, a modern "Journey To The West" Trilogy. I have worked as an academic, researcher, teacher, cultural consultant and professional interpreter in the UK. I enjoy working, but writing is my passion. I regularly blog at www.junyingkirk.com where I share my love for books, photography, travels, fabulous food and other aspects of modern life.

Junying, I was expecting to see a huge Chinese cleaver in your dumpling video! Now I’m hungry! It’s so great to hear your English accent. You almost sound like a New Yorker when you say certain words.
You and John should go on some British cooking channel. It could be cooked
“Asian Cooking with J & J” (ok…not too original, but I’m sure you can think of something better!)

I wish I’d reread my comments…s/b
It could be called “Asian Cooking with J & J” and not “cooked” (I’m obviously thinking food!)

It’s no problem. I knew exactly what you meant
Thank you sooo much for watching and commenting, Eden. Love the title! I think a new career on TV is beckoning, if I can persuade my co-star
He’s awfully shy
Yes, well spotted about my accent – I do have a slight American tinge, due to my earlier influence of American teachers.
Would love to treat you with some home cooking one day
Junying xx
